hi.  here's the top 4 -

1.  i'm going to florida tomorrow with my mom.  we just decided today. (mel and kate, this profile pic is for you...GT's, GT's)

2.  my parents and i just finished the fourth season of west wing.  definitely one of the best shows ever created.  fantastic writing.

3.  after florida i will be spending the night in ye olde 'ville and then driving to michigan for the banas wedding with ty-bo wasson.  we will most likely eat lots of taco bell and girl talk the whole way.   

4.  i have been way too unproductive in recent days, so i've decided i need to gloat about yesterday's accomplishments:

     - awoke before noonday

     - wrote 7 thank you cards (addressed, stamped, and mailed!)

     - unpacked my suitcase from touring (i know)

     - went running

     - downloaded 1 itune

     - checked my email/xanga under five times

     - organized my closet

     - practiced my piano scales (i don't know)

     - watched "garden state" for the first time

     - only had ice cream once

Ok everyone, i think it's high time for a new top ten list!  Yes?  Ok...(we'll just start with "1" instead of doing that count down and backwards thing)

1.  I'm currently in Medina, Ohio being entertained in my host home by quadruplet girls who are all stirring my deep-rooted emotions in beginner piano and guitar power chords.  To those who've been where I am right now...don't you miss it? 

2.  I just ran 3 miles with the quadruplets.  I recently purchased a really sweet nike dri-fit hat that inspires me to run.  

3.  We just wrapped up our last week of camp.  It was actually an extreme water sports camp - lots o' fun.  I tried water skiing for the first time ever.  Oh boy...

4.  I only have one week left of touring ever (I'm only under the Cedar-contract for one more week too! j/k, j/k!)!  I think I'm going to come un-glued!

5.  I get to be with Jodi Beth in one week!

6.  Sara Yackey was attacked by bees 2 days ago on a canoeing excursion.  One of my favorite parts was when we went to see the nurse at the camp.  She taped assorted colored antacid tablets to each of the bee stings. 

7.  So about the end of tour approaching - what do you all think I should do with my life? 

8.  I have approximately 385012935%383#903*9211593 bug bites overtaking my 5 foot 1" body. 

9.  I've been journaling faithfully - have you?

Tonight I'm with Becky and Jess.  Pray for Sara if you think of it - her grandpa died yesterday so she had to leave tonight after our concert.  Things are going so well!  My beautiful roommate came to surprise me last night, along with Gretchen and Joelle (President's Trophy '05).  Tomorrow we have a school chapel in the morning and then we're going to hang out in our nation's capitol for the afternoon!  GT's. 

Ok, top 10 highlights from the week...

1.  Jared got stuck in an elevator for 20 minutes the other day.

2.  I bought a pink ipod.  It's true.

3.  Our van officially smells like B.O.

4.  Keith got quite the clip to his hair and is now wearing gel, pomade, and spritz.

5.  Ben is thinking of using self-tanner....don't tell him I told you though.

6.  Out of the last 5 nights, 4 of them have been with Cedarville types.  Last night was definitely NOT one of them.  Jess and I came back to the house and the family of 5 sat down to a pot roast dinner without inviting us - so awkward.

7.  I got two new pair of crocs!  Amazing...if you don't own them, you should.

8.  I'm determined to win the admissions contest - watch out Yorkie, I have a school of 100 tomorrow!

9.  I'm staying with a family tonight on their 400 acre property.

10.  I've gone running twice.

(11.  I have found the perfect position for sleeping comfortably in the van.)

time for an update. 

although xanga is not my first choice of communication, i feel that typing tonight will somehow serve to satisfy my longing to be with my cedar-friends who are now scattered abroad.  love to all of you....

i'm going back to cedarville tomorrow (today) for Heartsong!  we leave for tour officially on wednesday.  i'm on team 2 - look us up under Christian ministries.  you can access our itinerary there.  i'd love to see you this summer!!  my team is going to be in the east central region.

i just spent almost 45 minutes printing digital pictures.  why didn't i just stick with 35mm?
